We're dedicated to unraveling the complexities of high-dimensional biomarker studies in mechanistic clinical trials and pragmatic observational data. With a focus on innovation, we employ state-of-the-art statistical and AI methodologies to reveal disease mechanisms and pioneer precision medicine tools.
Position Overview: As a successful candidate, you will be an integral part of our team, concentrating on the development of precision medicine tools. Your work will involve leveraging causal inference artificial intelligence models to identify subpopulations with heterogenous treatment-related outcomes across various therapeutic interventions cardiology, sleep medicine, and allergic responses.
Qualifications: We're seeking proactive and motivated candidates who hold a doctoral degree or its foreign equivalent in a data-driven, interdisciplinary field. Your academic background should encompass bioinformatics, data science, machine learning, or statistics. Excellence is a must, both in your educational achievements and your command of skills such as R, Python, and managing Big Data. You should thrive in self-directed work scenarios, demonstrating adaptability within broadly-defined task parameters. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial, as you'll interact within our diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
Job Scope: As an applicant, you'll shine by independently conducting analyses on intricate high-dimensional (e.g multi-omic data, imaging and wearable device data). Statistical modeling of longitudinal data and the implementation of machine learning algorithms will be central to your role. This is a full-time, two-year postdoctoral opportunity.
