Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Sublime Choice Insurance located in Dallas, TX. As a Personal Lines and Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing consultation and guidance to clients regarding their personal lines and life insurance needs. Your tasks will include developing new client relationships, assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage plans, and facilitating policy issuance and renewals.
Qualifications
Possess a valid insurance agent license in the state of Texas
Prior experience in the insurance industry, preferably in personal lines and life insurance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain client relationships
Thorough knowledge of personal lines and life insurance products and underwriting guidelines
Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and ethical conduct
