As a Personal Assistant to the Marketing Director, you will support our Marketing Director in executing marketing strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing department. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Marketing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the Marketing Director.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain marketing files and documentation.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for marketing projects.
  • Provide personal assistance to the Marketing Director, including running errands and managing personal tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the home improvement industry is an advantage. (not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing software/tools. (required)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and generate reports.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Salary And Benefits

  • Part-time position, 20-25 hours a week.
  • Competitive salary ranging from $25 to $30 an hour.
