Personal Assistant to HNW Individual

We are currently seeking a polished, professional Personal Assistant to support a well-known, HNW individual who works in entertainment (acting, production, etc). The ideal candidate is someone who is quick on their feet, detail-oriented, and able to commute to the Montecito area a few days a week. This is a true Personal Assistant role, and will require some travel to the east coast when needed. This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a wonderful individual who has a fantastic reputation! They are seeking to hire someone who will stay with them for many years, and looking to hire ASAP.

Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting UHNW individuals or celebrities
• Well-versed with confidential and discreet information
• Able to travel when needed as well as drive up to Montecito as needed
• Must pass an extensive background check as well as provide excellent references
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Responsibilities:

• Heavy calendaring, scheduling of meetings, appointments, reservations, etc
• Coordinating travel arrangements (hotels, restaurant reservations, cars, etc), while staying up to date with COVID travel protocol for domestic and international travel
• Keep track of ongoing projects in order to keep the principal updated at all times
• Occasional travel with the principal on a need basis
• Oversight of household renovation projects
• Liaison between internal and external parties
• Management of household staff and schedules
• More as needed as it relates to home management/oversight as well as PA duties!

Location: Hybrid role; the home is located in Montecito, CA (work from home, and assist on site when needed).

Hours: Typical hours - approximately 9-5 PM PST, with flexibility as needed as this is a true PA role and things can change from time to time!

Compensation: up to $120k depending on experience
