A prominent, high-net-worth individual is seeking a Personal Assistant to manage their personal and professional daily affairs. The ideal candidate will be discreet, professional, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Location: West Village - 5 days a week onsite based out of their NYC residence, with flexibility as needed to adjust for different time zones & travel, and a 24/7 mentality
Salary is commensurate with experience: $100-150k base range + fully paid benefits + 401k match + 2 weeks vacation
Seeking:
3-7 years of PA support experience for HNWI or prominent individuals
Degree required
Valid driver’s license and Passport required
Proficiency in Mac products and Microsoft Office suite, AirTable, Workday and other relevant software
Someone with a sense of urgency, hyper-organized, high sense of confidentiality & discretion
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen sense of intuition
Responsibilities include:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Handle personal errands and tasks, such as gift shopping, making reservations, and coordinating household services
Prioritize and respond to emails and inquiries on behalf of the Principal
Assist with financial and administrative tasks, such as budget management and expense tracking
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Serve as a liaison between the Principal and various contacts, including family members, business associates, and service providers
Work with household teams to maintain wardrobe inventory for the Principal
Conduct research and compile information on various topics as needed
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Travel to other residences as needed –properties in the Hamptons
