Our clients, a very successful high-profile entrepreneur couple, are searching for a highly qualified Personal Assistant to help run their family’s life and operations on the Peninsula. This role will require managing a small staff and their schedules, working alongside the Chief of Staff and the household team, effectively managing communications, handling logistics and projects with household vendors for multiple properties, and coordinating travel.
The right candidate must have 3-5 years high-level EA experience, as well as some office management and operations experience. Candidates must be flexible and agile, and need a 24/7 work mentality. Also required are a super polished, kind and professional demeanor, and the ability to anticipate needs and think critically on your own. The position is located mid-Peninsula, is daily on-site with flexibility, and has a compensation of around $150K, depending on experience, plus bonus and perks.
