Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Location: Remote

We're in search of a proficient PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with expertise in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft HCM modules to align with an organization's HR policies, procedures, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet the organization's HR policies, procedures, and business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of HR business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions leveraging PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Oversee the migration of employee data from legacy systems to PeopleSoft HCM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate PeopleSoft HCM configurations, ensuring system functionality, performance, and security meet organizational requirements.
  • Provide training and support to HR users to maximize utilization of PeopleSoft HCM features and self-service functionalities.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
  • Plan and execute upgrades and patches for PeopleSoft HCM applications, optimizing system performance and user experience.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials, facilitating knowledge sharing among HR team members.
  • Ensure PeopleSoft HCM configurations and processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and consultants to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in HCM technology and HR processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
