About The Role

Our client is a significant Miami based middle market focused private equity firm that is actively growing. The firm seeks to invest in companies operating in consumer & retail, healthcare, niche manufacturing, technology, business services, and value-added distribution sector firms based in the United States & Canada. They have closed their 12 funds worth over $5.5B and prefer investing $20-250M in firms with more that $1M EBITDA.

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to join their deal team. You will work within the investment team, leading and supporting all aspects of deal execution and deal structuring, including leading diligence calls, building financial models, investment memos, digging into the data and working closely with the investment committee and executive leadership. You will create an overall investment strategy and strategize on new deals, and lead add-on acquisitions and divestitures.
