Excellent law firm Patent Attorney (associate, partner track) or Patent Agent opportunity. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Preparation and prosecution of patents, strategic portfolio counseling, opinions, licensing and due diligence, plus the potential for other intellectual property work.

At least 1 year of solid patent preparation and prosecution experience in electrical and/or software arts is required. Depending on your technical background, you may deal with electrical engineering (hardware, mixed signal circuits, chip design, etc.) or a broad range of complex computer science technologies, or both.

This is a great opportunity for solid client interaction and professional growth within a strong practice. Associate Requirements:

Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Biomedical Engineering. Patent Bar and State Bar.

Agent Requirements:

Minimum MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Biomedical Engineering. Patent Bar required.
