Responsibilities:

• Utilize extensive knowledge of Pierce and King counties' judicial procedures as well as surrounding counties
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of statutes, legal codes, and judicial decisions
• Prepare a wide range of legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, parenting plans, custody orders, and more
• Coordinate hearings and appointments, manage client calls, and draft routine correspondence
• File and organize legal documents and correspondence

Qualifications:

• Completion of an ABA-Approved paralegal program preferred
• 1-5 years of Paralegal experience, with a focus on family law
• Proficiency in legal software
• Empathy and a genuine desire to support others
• Strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
