Paralegal

Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod & Kantor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Defense Paralegal to join our esteemed Defense team in the Miami office. We are looking for candidates with 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with trial preparation
• E-filing and Court Maps
• Calendaring and scheduling
• Subpoena preparation and control
• Drafting and preparation of correspondence
• Performing various administrative tasks
• Handling billing processes
• Supporting experienced associates with their fast-paced Defense caseloads
• This position is initially in-office. Following a 90-day probationary period, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
• Experience in the following areas is preferred: Bodily Injury, Insurance Defense, and Time Slips
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
