Job Purpose
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for project management? We’re seeking an experienced Portfolio Package Delivery Manager (PDM) to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects for our key customers. As a PDM, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with TFMC Project Management and Customers, driving process improvement initiatives and mentoring team members. The PDM works executing Projects and Tenders, as assigned. In a project, the PDM is responsible for the delivery of all Controls and Automation scope associated with a given project. The PDM is accountable for the successful execution (cost & schedule) of all packages under the direction of the Systems Project Manager, coordinating all the disciplines involved such as Engineering, Sub-Contracting, Supply Chain, HSE, Quality, Inspection, Fabrication, Operations, and Installation; ensuring all packages are carried out in accordance with the Project’s standards, goals and targets. In a tender, the PDM is responsible for the costing of defined scopes, delivering execution strategies, execution plans, schedules, risks, opportunities, and cost reports.

Job Description
Confirm Cost, Time, Resource (CTRs), establish budgets, and set-up Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for project fabrication scopes.
Manage the process from design, procurement, manufacture & fabrication, and load-out, in accordance to schedule and budget, coordinating with MRP Planner, REMS Project Engineer, Quality and Fabrication Team.
Manage all REMS Business Unit component delivery (scope part sourcing, MRP demand entry, and component tracking thru SAP system) with MRP Planner.
Manage all other suppliers’ component delivery (design, procurement, and delivery) with Engineering and Supply Chain thru SAP and Oracle systems.
Maintain the scope budget and schedule; manage change orders.
Along with MRP Planner, manage all other suppliers’ documentation (eSMDR), ensuring proper technical authorities and Client’s review/approval per schedule.
Ensure that all sub-contracts activities are scheduled and coordinated for all the sub-contracted activities related to the packages, using SAP and Oracle systems.
Participate in the identification of scope risks, and development of risk mitigations. Ensure the risks are managed and the mitigations are implemented.
Ensure timely reporting to Project Management and Package Management Department Manager: follow up of activities, critical deviation of activities, and/or potential risk/opportunities.
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business Discipline or Equivalent
A minimum of ten years of experience in subsea industry, with emphasis in package management.
Great leadership and communication, time management skills, ability to prioritize workload.
Ability to work within schedule / budget constraints, along with understanding of internal economic factors such as cost, margins, profit impact of decisions, that impact scopes.
Shows evidence of good organization and project planning skills. Shows evidence of ability to guide and mentor others and demonstrates leadership ability.
Must be proficient in use of SAP or ERP system.

Fabrication background.
