ABOUT OUR CLIENT: Our client NEOlab, or New England Orthodontic Laboratory, is a family-owned and family-run orthodontics manufacturer serving the Boston area. They are located in Andover, MA and are home to more than 120 employees. Duties and Responsibilities:
Read prescriptions and identify how to prep model for appliance to be crafted
Prep 3D printed models
Work with hand tools, drills, saws and X-ACTO knives to prep stone and 3D printed models for fabrication of orthodontic appliances
Carve out models
Follow detailed directions
Problem solve as needed
Learn when to ask for assistance and when to independently make decisions
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work in a stationary position for several hours at a time
Use hands and fingers to manipulate materials for several hours at a time
Exhibit great hand-eye coordination
