Issues so far in search: Do not want to see candidates with user administration. Candidates are adding Active Directory to resumes but in practice do not actually have the experience. May say they have done user adminstration, but thats not what they are looking for. Not system admins but need to build the active directory envirornment
Looking for: Real AD experience and some dev ops experience since moving to cloud (would help). Need to be more hands on with activation, management (do not need regular help desk items). VERY active directory focused

Ability to collaborate on engineering documentation including: Requirements documents, Engineering documents, and Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to work across technology teams when required. Experience working on large projects in AD or ADFS engineering role
