Work Dates Needed: Ideal coverage is a drive in candidate who can cover weekends - Open weekends are as follows.
July 12 - 7 pm till July 15th 7am OR July 26 - 7 pm till July 29 7am.
The site is asking for a provider that can cover one of the following weekends in July (provider can choose which one) and if LKH team liked the provider, can get additional shifts 1 weekend/month in 2024 and well as 2025.
Scope of Work: .This position will handle only "hospital" call from Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday: consisting of 4 designated days, on a 24 hour basis. Responsibility includes delivery, C-Sections, & surgical procedures that may be required such as hysterectomies, etc. Prefer robotic (on site is DaVinci X) skilled/experience but not required.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, BLS, DEA, IN license, but will accept IMLS providers
