Our lo cal company expertise in driving best-in-class solutions in cardiac ablation, stroke care and intracardiac imaging. As an NPI Engineer , you will be responsible for the planning and execution of multiple HW product production projects. Your role will involve challenging, reviewing and supporting the R&D designers and supporting production issues, addressing investigations, ensuring the manufacturability of the product, and interfacing with manufacturing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements from various sources.
  • Define operation requirements for the R&D teams.
  • Define and execute the DFx process from early new product development.
  • Ensure that projects are executed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Define operation requirements for new products.
  • Create and review NPI reports and provide feedback to improve production design.
  • Challenge design and manufacturers, providing technical solutions to support DFx requirements.
  • Conduct failure analysis and suggest solutions for production issues.
  • Ensure that product processes meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Build the manufacturing production line with input from the Supply Chain department.
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering or Practical Electrical Engineering with relevant experience.
  • 5 years in production engineering or NPI roles.
  • Experience with subcontractors, electronics production, and NPI.
  • Strong documentation skills and hardware solutions knowledge.
  • Experience in supporting production lines, familiarity with technical procedures (writing and execution), and product trends analysis.
  • Experience handling customer complaints.
  • Multidisciplinary company experience is required; medical device experience is an advantage.
