Summary
My Client, a growing Harley-Davidson dealership group with multiple locations in the Pacific Northwest is looking for an experienced Corporate Buyer to oversee all aspects of buying, inventory control and sales across General Merchandise (Motorclothes) and Parts & Accessories Departments.
Ideal Candidate Must Have
Prior management experience in retail apparel/clothing and/or parts & accessories
Experience with Talon dealership software, a plus!
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales associates
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Knowledge and/or passion for Harley-Davidson merchandise and other products sold by dealership
Ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays, Holidays, and evenings
Have track record of sales performance and building strong customer relationships
Key Results Areas:
Manager merchandise presentation on the sales floor
Perform sales training and track KPI’s
Monitor inventory levels and turns
Work closely with other dealership departments
Plan, implement and regulate events and promotions
Utilize computer systems to control inventory and reporting
Purchasing/Buying optimization
Communicate and plan with GM to exceed goals
Increase departmental gross and net profitability
Provide exceptional customer service/CXI
$70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary & Incentives
$100,000+ Annual
