Job Title: Network Operations Center Engineer

Work Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

Candidates with experience in working in a command center operations team with good knowledge of ITIL Processes

ITIL certification preferable

Knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool

Should have experience mentoring L1 engineers

Good Communication skills Written Verbal and Email

Flexible with the shift timings

Knowledge in using ticketing tool like Service Now

Ready to participate in Corporate initiatives like Shift Left and Automation
