About The Role

:)Deploy functional wired/wireless campus networks (LAN,WLAN,WAN).

:)Monitor network performance and integrity to determine if improvements need to be made.

:)Resolve issues escalated from helpdesk by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure.

:)Work with third party vendors to keep the network running efficiently.

:)Communicate with network users to resolve network issues.

:)Maintain complete technical documentation.

:)Perform analysis and collect data to establish the potential for improvements within the NSU network.
