Mortgage Sales Manager - Remote | WFH

We are seeking an exceptional Mortgage Sales Manager to join our thriving team. This position offers 100% remote work flexibility. As a key member of our company, you will drive new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and oversee operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new business opportunities by building and maintaining strategic relationships.
• Schedule and conduct introductory meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and implement effective follow-up strategies.
• Utilize social media, industry conferences, and direct outreach to expand network and client base.
• Collaborate with operations team to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and reports for clients.
• Ensure seamless transitions of client service needs to the operations team during initial engagements.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in due diligence, mortgage banking, or related field, with at least 3 years in client relations or sales management.
• Extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and capital markets; experience with Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and mortgage due diligence processes preferred.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators.
• Strong understanding of RMBS and mortgage due diligence processes.
• Demonstrated skills in networking, negotiation, and strategic consulting.
• Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.
