Role Overview

As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of industry experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering key relationships along the way.
  • Arrange and conduct engaging sales presentations, facilitating productive discussions and follow-up strategies.
  • Utilize various networking channels including social media, industry events, and direct outreach to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry or related field, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
  • Thorough understanding of mortgage banking, capital markets, and Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) preferred.
  • Established network within hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators.
  • Proficiency in navigating the mortgage due diligence process, with a track record of successful negotiations and consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
