Most importantly, we’re looking for someone to join our team! As a small (but growing) group based just outside of Princeton it’s really important we find someone that gets us; after all we’ll be spending more time together than most other people in our lives!

It’s also really important that you’re able to be in the office on a regular basis (3 days per week) so whether you’re local to Princeton, planning to relocate, or happy to commute please keep this in mind.

We have a number of roles currently available within our team for meeting planners ranging from $60k-$75k per year.

All positions come with a generous benefits package including (but not limited to):

-       20+ days PTO

-       Healthcare, dental & vision

-       401k

-       Training and wellness initiatives

-       Local/National discounts with hotels & other travel services

  • Client communication experience, managing stakeholders and complex programs
