The Medical Reviewer is responsible for ensuring the quality of medical, optometric, and audiometric exams as outlined by the government contract awarded to the CIV Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct medical records reviews in compliance with government contract standards.
Document exam errors in Basic and generate Incomplete Letters.
Serves as liaison between the CIV Team, Applicants, and Provider office.
Confirm exam corrections and forward to Team Lead.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
High degree of attention to detail.
Data Entry experience.
Education and Experience:
College degree or equivalent experience required.
At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working using a computer.
