Job Duties:
Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems for manufacturing processes, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to mechanical systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to optimize manufacturing processes and implement innovative solutions.
Conduct detailed analysis and testing using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other measurement tools to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and training materials for internal teams and customers to facilitate understanding and proper usage of mechanical systems and components.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of engineering experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Hands-on experience with CMM or other measurement tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
