Mechanical Engineer – Grandville, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with a local A&E firm that specializes in helping organizations balance financial sustainability and environmental responsibility by providing design and sustainability efforts for both new construction and existing structures. They are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their Design Team in Grandville, MI. In this role, you will serve as part of the design team on both internal turn-key projects and external engineering projects (design/build, design/assist, bid/spec).

What you will get to do:
- Complete and provide peer review of: AutoCAD, Revit, and Energy Models
- Complete site visits and assessments
- Provide design solutions for systems as applicable based on MEP background and role
- Assist in maintaining of standards and tools for engineering
- Participate in conceptual development meetings with E3M team, clients, or contractors
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- Professional Engineering License (PE) or Engineering in Training (EIT) preferred
- 2-5+ years experience as a Mechanical Engineer in an A&E or Construction setting
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
- Proficiency with Trane Trace or other Energy Modeling
- Ability to build trust and operate with a high level of integrity
- A focus on customer satisfaction and retention ensuring customers receive best in class products and service
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
