Position Summary
We are seeking a Material Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain Planning team. This role is pivotal in managing time-phased material supply plans and optimizing inventory levels across assigned categories. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material supply while minimizing risks.

What You'll Do
Plan, manage, and optimize inventory levels of materials and ingredients within our supply network.
Drive efficiency improvements to meet inventory goals.
Monitor and manage slow-moving, expiring, and obsolete inventory to minimize waste.
Collaborate with suppliers and 3PLs to ensure timely fulfillment of forecasted requirements.
Proactively escalate and resolve supply and inventory risks.
Support monthly meetings with data preparation and materials.
Participate in projects, opportunities, and ad hoc analyses as needed.
Deliver material inventory levels within targets and manage obsolescence effectively.
Provide critical support for project success, including new product/formula launches.
Who You Are
A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels and functions.
Deep understanding of supply chain principles, including fill rates, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and carrying costs.
Organized with a knack for managing competing priorities with urgency and accuracy.
Analytical and curious problem-solver with a passion for developing efficient processes.
Detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
What You'll Need
1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in Planning or Material Planning roles.
BS/BA degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong grasp of Supply Chain concepts.
