Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching of a Project Manager to join our client's Brand Operations team in NYC for a meal subscription company!
- Starts ASAP through February 2025
- 2-3 days a week in NYC office, remote the rest
- Up to $48/hr pay per hour
This role reports to the Associate Director, Brand Operations, and will closely partner with Brand Creative, Brand Strategy & Marketing, Public Relations, Photo & Video Studios; as well as the larger Marketing Org and other cross-functional Stakeholders to intake, organize, and drive all benchmarks within a Brand’s project portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about all areas of Brand & Marketing Project Management and Operations, with a keen ability to lead, drive, and prioritize multiple / simultaneous projects, schedule complex timelines, establish rapport and cultivate relationships, allocate resources, assess scope, aggregate post-mortem feedback and data, while upholding processes.
You will …
● Lead a project from the initial brainstorming and research phase, straight through implementation or production, and on to debriefing and reporting
● Marry up operations analytics (productivity, time spent, etc.) with performance analytics (CAC, CTR, etc.) in order to describe the performance of the project
● Own, drive, and prioritize all projects within your scope and/or a given body of work
● Understand business objectives and how each project fits into business goals
● Exercise critical thinking in navigating competing business interests and in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution
● Regularly provide data and insights into the portfolio of projects and how each of their programs are progressing
● Act as the central hub of communication around all timelines, status updates and potential risks to all projects and programs within your scope
● Implement proven and innovative Project Management solutions to plan, manage, mitigate potential risks, and complete all projects
● Challenge the value, purpose, and achievability of a creative request
● Build project plans that establish key milestones of creative and production processes
● Partner closely with senior members of the Marketing team to shape and manage expectations, define scope and resource projects
● Help onboard, train, uphold, and guard all processes and systems required to be used by all stakeholders, partners, and vendors
● Drive decision making required to ensure successful execution of large projects and bodies of work
● Ensure that projects launch on-time, delivering to expectation, as well as initiate and drive post-campaign assessments (post-mortem)
● Ensure efficiency and organization of the project teams and workflow while maintaining quality of product line & premium photography
● Proactively problem-solve and push work through, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
● Create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and align on projects coming into your lane to forecast, resource, communicate expectations, and mitigate risk

At a minimum, you have…
● Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Management, Communications, or equivalent required
● Marketing Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Account Management; specifically, in a high volume, high efficiency, and speedy operation
● Experience working in a Project Management system (Jira experience required)
● Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
● Experience with managing 360 campaigns and creative development is a must
