Due to continued company growth and success, we have an immediate need for a Production/ Facilities Supervisor who will be responsible for all production processes, equipment, and facilities in our PA facility.

Job Details

Is your background a match?

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a facilities, manufacturing or warehouse environment with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques, lean manufacturing principles
• Experience facilitating Root Cause Analyst and leading EHS initiatives
• Prior exposure using JDEdwards and ERP or MES
• Proficient in MS Office applications
  
  

What will you be doing?

• Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and rapid problem-solving activities
• Resolve conflict; coach and counsel employees
• Manage, lead, and be accountable for the crew’s environmental, health, and safety performance and practices
• Lead EHS initiatives throughout the organization and perform FBP self-assessments
• Coordinate outbound truck schedules and prepare daily schedules for hourly employees based on truck schedules
• Prepare paperwork for outbound materials
• Maintain all quality, process management and production standards
• Complete autonomous maintenance
• Enforce workplace rules, policies, procedures, and labor agreement
• Plan, manage, and execute departmental operating plans and tactical operations(scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime)
• Maintain good employee relations with internal and external customers
