Salary 80-90k
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and quality assurance protocols.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities and customer complaints.
Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation activities to ensure supplier quality and performance.
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and export control requirements for aerospace and defense products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality management systems and requirements.
Familiarity with ITAR regulations and export control compliance.
Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and drawings.
