Senior Systems Analyst
Overview
A Senior Systems Analyst interfaces with users while analyzing, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and implementing new and modified business systems. This individual is responsible for analyzing business problems, designing solutions, and working with users to develop the processes and systems required to resolve problems or make improvements to processes. This position is remote. Candidates must live within driving distance of our Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania or Branchburg NJ facilities for onsite training and attendance at meetings as needed.

Senior Systems Analyst
Overview
A Senior Systems Analyst interfaces with users while analyzing, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and implementing new and modified business systems. This individual is responsible for analyzing business problems, designing solutions, and working with users to develop the processes and systems required to resolve problems or make improvements to processes. This position is remote. Candidates must live within driving distance of our Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania or Branchburg NJ facilities for onsite training and attendance at meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze present methods, future requirements, and restrictions of new development projects and/or modification projects assigned
- Determine most appropriate design for projects
- Responsible for coding, documenting, testing, and implementing assigned projects within the framework of the change management system
- Prepare reports as needed
- Prepares system and programming documentation in accordance with Masonite Standards and Procedures
- Define data file formats, system controls, and backup procedures
- Train user personnel in the operation of the systems
- Assist in troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues
- Knowledge of systems and programming standards/procedures and a technical understanding of data processing skills
- Power BI, advanced excel and ERP system experience at expert level required
- Good understanding of the manufacturing and technical environment
- Millwork experience beneficial
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in development and support of applications
- Analytical skills and technical expertise in data processing functions required
