We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the development and implementation of new products, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our manufacturing processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including robotics and PLC systems, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.
• Implement new product introductions and process enhancements, considering cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, quality, and safety across all manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with design engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Utilize PLC systems for process control and automation, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Apply your knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems to optimize our manufacturing processes.
• Work with robotics, preferably Fanuc, to enhance the production line and increase productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure a clear understanding of process changes and new product introductions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
• Proven experience with new product introductions and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with PLC systems is highly desirable.
• Exposure to robotics, particularly Fanuc, would be a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of electrical or mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
