Responsibilities
Job Description:
Implement and maintain the work process for the manufacturing unit.
Identify critical equipment settings and establish standards.
Develop technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and train operators and technical associates.
Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
Analyze top losses in the manufacturing unit and devise plans to enhance OEE performance.
Manage manufacturing unit change control, including validation activities and root cause analysis.
Ensure safety of associates and product quality.
Ensure new manufacturing processes meet unit objectives.
Monitor equipment efficiency and drive improvements in OEE.
Supervise a small to medium-sized team.
Requirement
BA/BS Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years of manufacturing experience (Preferred)
Troubleshooting / Problem Solving and CAD
