Role: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Plymouth, MN - 55442

Duration: 10+ Months on W2

Shift Timings: 9 am to 5 pm

Job Description

  • Evaluation of production equipment. - Production support and process validation.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment.
  • Protocol and report writing.
  • Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams as required Develop and implement process improvements

Notes

  • Onsite Position.
  • 2 to 4 Years of experience required. - Front line/floor support heavy position - Interacting with operators, quality and other manufacturing engineers.
  • Phone interview at first, onsite interview to follow.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred for this position, not required
  • Small ME team – floor/project experience
  • Good documentation skills
  • 1-2 years’ experience Molding / Plastics Processing Experience (5+ years may be overqualified)
  • Worker will be working on the line
  • Windchill and SAP experience nice to have
  • CAD or drawings experience nice to have
  • Molding press experience highly preferred
  • Process improvement experience highly preferred
  • Following SOPs
  • Interview Process – Phone screen (30 min) + onsite interview (1 hour)
