Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our client, an aerospace leader. Our client is making space travel possible, and your work will directly support putting people, research, and products safely in space.
Responsibilities
Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly drawing/model reviews.
Process development and build flow diagrams for various component manufacturing.
Authoring and maintaining Manufacturing Plans for piece parts and assemblies.
Authoring and maintaining template Work Orders for piece parts and assemblies.
Lead review of inspection plans during disassembly and component servicing.
Facilitate, track, and manage tooling design and release for component build and test.
Review manufacturing processes and take action to reduce waste in the system.
Coordinate with Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) or project managers to prepare, submit, and track manufacturing demand.
Track and monitor progress of component-level manufacturing.
Service the disposition of non-conformances (NC) on a recurring basis for hardware.
Execute pedigree reviews to ensure part traceability prior to product delivery.

Salary Range for this position: $112,000 - $124,500
