Job Summary:
The INSCOM Network Operations and Security Center (INOSC) Manager for U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Fort Belvoir, VA, serves as the team lead of a 24x7x365 network support watch floor. The INOSC Manager oversees INOSC day-to-day mission support functions: monitoring networks to ensure sustained global availability to all system users; reporting on scheduled and unscheduled network and enterprise service outages; providing a daily Operations Status report summarizing data and information on the status of planned and on-going IT System operation activities; and maintaining and updating the customer’s executive communications dashboard via SharePoint portal website.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises a 14-contractor staff of Shift Supervisors and Network Operations Analysts performing 24x7x365 on-site support across three shifts: responsible for contract performance, scheduling, training, and employee well-being
- Ensures team meets all technical requirements within the scope of the INOSC duties
- Works with the INOSC Government Lead to analyze information and situations, and implements actions, as approved by the leadership team, to ensure objectives are met
- Responsible for all aspects of INSOC contract requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to operational activities
- Serves as the INOSC POC for senior government and contract leadership
- Produces and maintains SOPs and TTPs to ensure consistently high contract performance
- Performs quality control and continuous improvement
- Provides recurring and ad hoc reports to government and contract stakeholders
- Prepares and conduct briefings for senior personnel
- Performs additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current TOP SECRET clearance w/ SCI eligibility (as reflected in DISS)
- Applicable academic and work experience, per the following:
- Associate degree with 6 years’ experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ experience in a related field
- Master’s degree with 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Previous leadership /managerial experience (small team / shift lead [three to four personnel] or higher)
- Knowledge of network operations within DoD
- Successful experience reporting to senior DoD customers (O-6/GS-15 or above)
- Outstanding attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills

Desired Qualifications:
- Current DoD IAT Level 2 certification
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundation certification
- Experience as a systems administrator (managing and troubleshooting permissions, etc.)
- Experience with SCSM or ServiceNow
- Experience with SolarWinds
- Experience delivering tailored work-process solutions in SharePoint or O365
- Experience managing personnel in a classified IT environment
