Salary: $28.00 and hour to $32.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using systematic methodologies.
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, and other machinery.
Install and align mechanical drive systems and electrical components.
Recommend process improvements based on equipment performance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records for future reference.
Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on equipment maintenance.
Skills/Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Strong mechanical and electrical background.
Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CMMS).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Familiar with shop equipment such as drill press, band saw, and power tools.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
2-year Technical Degree desired.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or comparable skills.
Ability to read and interpret precision measuring devices.
Successful completion of certification testing.
