A newly renovated hotel in the West End's ONLY Marriott brand - Four Points Allentown Lehigh Valley - is seeking a Maintenance Manager.
Duties
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of general hotel maintenance AND building electrical/mechanical systems.
Responsibilities also include actively participating in ensuring a positive guest experience.
Skills required include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical - the candidate will use these skill sets as needed to maintain both guest rooms and all public areas of the hotel.
Candidate MUST hold a pool certification; HVAC certification is a plus.
Preventative Maintenance program done daily.
Must be flexible and willing to work on weekends. On-call as well.
Requirements
Must be able to communicate fluently in English, be highly organized, and take great pride in a job well done.
The candidate must work well under pressure and be able to change priorities quickly and easily, requiring little to no supervision to complete duties.
Must be computer literate.
Candidate must work well in a team environment, and be focused, positive, friendly, and professional.
This position requires a flexible schedule including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
