Logistics Coordinator

Top Stack has been retained by a manufacturing company in the Philadelphia area to assist them in hiring a Logistics Coordinator. This is a full-time, 5 day onsite position with great salary & an annual bonus! The hiring manager is looking for a new grad or an entry level candidate that is looking to grow within a company.

Manufacturer seeks logistics coordinator with strong administrative and interpersonal skills. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing many aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products to wholesalers and customers. Individual will also manage orders and help coordinate stock of materials. Looking for someone with knowledge of domestic and international logistics documentation.

Daily

• Coordinate with domestic and international transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

• Ensure compliance of import/export laws and regulations

• Respond to customer inquiries

• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete

• Complete and review purchase orders

• Track and fix shipping errors

• Prepare invoices
