This well-established, international bank seeks candidates to join their Loan Operations Department in their midtown Manhattan offices. This is a hybrid role. Duties will include:
Helps monitor and anticipate the work volume, set priorities, and distribute work among subordinates.
Ensures data integrity of all systems and files in support of the operations conducted and that appropriate audit trail is established.
Trainsthe subordinates and assess their work for accuracy and timeliness.
Helps coordinate workflow and information flow between Loan Operations and other departments in the Bank.
Identifies and reports operational irregularities to Department Manager without delay and takes initiative in resolving exceptions.
Qualified candidates should have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
At least 5 years of banking experience with loan operations.
Must have bilateral, syndicated and agency loans experience.
Loan IQ (version 6 or later) is highly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
