Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Loan Officer, VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate Affinity. The role is located in Melbourne, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Loan Officer, VP of Mortgage Lending, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to mortgage lending, including originating and marketing services, evaluating loan applications, and guiding customers through the mortgage process. You will work closely with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines
• Proven experience in loan origination, underwriting, and closing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in mortgage loan software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Loan Officer License (required)
