Job Description

LEGAL SECRETARY - Areas of practice include commercial litigation. Candidate should have 5+ years working experience, type 90+ wpm and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented and proficient in Word with the ability to Red-Line contracts and other documents as well as experience creating and working with “Briefs” to include setting up “Table of Contents” and “Table of Authorities.” Candidate must be proficient in Outlook and ProDoc or other e-file platforms. In addition to the usual secretarial duties, the candidate will be responsible for calendaring and making certain the attorney makes all calendared commitments, file and make occasional travel arrangements. Candidate must have excellent spelling and grammar skills.
