Job Description:
As a Life Insurance Recruiting Manager with InTouch LIFE, you will play a crucial role in helping recruit agents that safeguard their clients financial well-being. You will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining teams of agents.
You will be responsible for recruiting agents that will be selling various life insurance products.
Collaborating with sales managers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of applicants.
Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support to licensed and non-licensed applicants, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
You will be responsible for ensuring non-licensed applicants work their way through the licensing process.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Life Insurance Agent or be willing to become licensed
Must have experience - 2 years minimum recruiting experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must have knowledge and ability to work with recruiting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of various life insurance processes and industry regulations.
Excellent recruiting and negotiation skills.
Life insurance license-General lines (Life and Health).
