Experienced professional needed for an engineering role in the consumer electronics industry. ### Key Responsibilities
Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and manufacturing data for efficiency.
Monitor and improve production output.
Design and procure production tools and equipment.
Create process instructions and conduct time studies.
Implement Lean methodologies to reduce waste.
Coordinate layout activities and provide training to junior staff.
Assist in project budgeting and oversee cost analysis.
### Requirements
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Green Belt acceptable initially).
8+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Line Management.
Experience in Aerospace, Semi-Conductor, Electronics, or with defense contractors like General Dynamics, Boeing, Raytheon, Northrup Grumman.
### Desirable Skills
Bronze Certification from a recognized organization.
