In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading and shaping the creation of the end-to-end learning and content standards (e.g., framework and standards for design, development, modality, facilitation), in alignment with J&J Innovative Medicine learning experience strategy and J&J Learn standards. Identifying opportunities or gaps to improve Pan-JJIM learning and content standards and best practices to share across JJIM for consistency. Will partner closely and provide oversight and consistency across the Learning Content managers as stand up an new component of our organization. Own the operational support to maintain and refresh entire J&J Innovative Medicine capability portfolio / content, in partnership with respective LBPs and Program Managers / Learning Execution Managers.
Required Minimum Education: A minimum of a BA or BS degree in Learning and Development, Technology, UI/UX, Business, Marketing, or another relevant field; Advanced degree in a related field is preferred

- Developing content and learning strategies, and standards for JJIM in collaboration with stakeholders across the Center of Excellence, Business, Learning Creation J&J Learn, Global Services.
- Ensuring quality and consistency of the J&J Learn experience through development and governance of Content & Learning Standards, inclusive of program design, content, and LXP design;
- Creating and driving the adoption of a JJIM Content Life Cycle Strategy (How J&J IM: source, creates, buys, updates. retires, maintains, and stores content)
- Creating and maintaining a searchable JJIM content library to include final files, source/editable versions and keyword tagging
- Driving content and experience strategy for J&J TA and COE Teams including conducting pilots and ensuring content life cycle management.
- Monitoring and continuously improving learning and standards to reflect organization’s changing needs and to achieve benchmarks.
- Defining JJIM approach to new learning modalities (agnostic of technology), define best practice and support learning technology implementation with the Digital Team.
- Overseeing the J&J Learn initiative to support JJIM content migration
- Leading strategic projects that enhance learning outcomes and improve overall content creation & learning experiences.
- Conducting research to stay current on best practices, and technologies
- Have day-to-day oversight of a team of Learning Creation Managers
Required Minimum Education: A minimum of a BA or BS degree in Learning and Development, Technology, UI/UX, Business, Marketing, or another relevant field; Advanced degree in a related field is preferred
Required:
- 7-9 years’ minimum experience working within large companies and within sales training/enablement organizations or at an agency supporting large companies is required.
- Experience designing/developing high quality learning assets is required
- Experience managing complex learning content with multiple storage requirements is required.
- Experience with Developing and managing content and learning strategies standards is required.
- Ensuring quality and consistency of the J&J Learn experience through development and governance of Content & Learning Standards, inclusive of program design, content, and LXP design is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work with LMS (Learning Management Systems), LCMS (Learning Content Management Systems) and LxP (Learning Experience Platform) is required.
- Experience working in Life Sciences (commercial side) and/or other regulated industry is strongly preferred
