We are an education technology company building the workforce development platform of the future.
Our mission is to close skill gaps for enterprises, governments, and individuals, while empowering underrepresented segments of the workforce. We are dedicated to helping enterprises like Amazon, Walmart, Prudential, Citadel, Citi, Johnson & Johnson, Target, Morgan Stanley, EY, and others reskill their workforces to prepare for the jobs of tomorrow. Our approach is community-oriented, jobs-first, and combines a human touch with cutting-edge technology to achieve the best outcomes for everyone.
Our programs are taught by industry leaders, professors, and teaching assistants, delivered virtually to cohort-based learning communities. We currently run over 12 types of programs for 12,000+ learners annually in more than 10 countries, with plans to grow 5-10x in the next two years.
We are proud to be ranked #6 in LinkedIn's Top Startups 2022 list and a Fast Company's World Changing Idea winner. Join us as we build the workforce development platform of the future!
