Laundry Attendant - Fairfield Inn & Suites, Plymouth

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hotel located in Plymouth, MA at 16 Plaza Way is looking to hire a Part-Time Hotel Laundry Attendant.

Pay: $17-$17.50 Per Hour

Shift: Night Shift- 5PM-10PM

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute hotel linens including sheets, towels, and other fabric items
• Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment, including washers and dryers
• Inspect linens for cleanliness and repair any damaged items
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure an adequate supply of linens for guest rooms
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
• Handle guest requests for additional linens or replacement items promptly and with exceptional service
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean working environment
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting
• Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving heavy laundry carts
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of laundry tasks
• Knowledge of safe handling and usage of laundry chemicals
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays
