Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Installation Branch Manager to oversee the operational, administrative, and financial functions of our branch location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, developing relationships with key clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also play a crucial role in enhancing our company's reputation for excellence through best practices, continuous improvement, and accountability for performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement branch goals in partnership with executive leadership.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Manage client satisfaction to ensure repeat business.
Oversee branch leadership in training crew leaders and members on landscape installation techniques and safety protocols.
Ensure all project contracts are correctly executed with proper language.
Work with corporate to accurately track and report on branch performance.
Collaborate with Human Resources for staffing needs, training, discipline, and development plans.
Identify and implement new ideas for improvements, cost savings, and cost avoidances for the branch.
Establish and implement quality assurance processes, including conducting site visits and audits as needed.
Promote a branch work environment where safety is the highest priority.
Qualifications
Minimum of seven years landscaping or related industry experience.
At least three years progressive leadership experience; serving as a Branch, Regional or Division Manager.
Proven knowledge of business software and systems.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a displayed emphasis on Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
