About The Opportunity

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to positively impact the environment? TBF Environmental Technology Inc. seeks a dynamic and driven Key Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting our innovative VOC-compliant, HAPs-free solvents that are revolutionizing the industry.


What You’ll Do:

Strategy

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that highlight the environmental benefits of our products.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
  • Grow and manage a sales pipeline and maintain a sustainable sales cycle to meet quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our research and development team to stay informed about the latest advancements and effectively communicate the value of our cutting-edge, eco-friendly solvents.
  • Play a crucial role in our mission to reduce environmental impact by replacing traditional organic solvents with our sustainable alternatives.


Management and Execution

  • Develop deep, value-based relationships of trust with TBF key account customers.
  • Oversee TBF’s portfolio of key account relationships, ensuring alignment with time-based revenue, tool adoption, and impact forecasts. Drive performance towards OKRs in support of the company’s overall performance goals.
  • Work actively towards continuous improvement between Key Accounts and Customer Success.


We'd Like to See

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

·      Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the chemical, environmental, or related industries.

·      Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.

·      Strong understanding of VOC-compliant and HAPs-free solvents or a willingness to quickly learn about these products.

·      Willingness to travel when necessary.

·      Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

·      Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

·      Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Compensation Overview

Competitive Pay

-       Start with a base salary of $65,000 plus an estimated $40,000 in commissions.

-       Enjoy competitive commission on all sales.

-       Yearly bonus based on performance.

-       Generous car allowance.

Work Remotely- This job enables you to work remotely while also enjoying some travelling.
