As a Key Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team with customer outreach and sales activities. Responsibilities of a Key Account Representative:
- Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments
- Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
- Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development
- Adjust marketing practices to reflect market preferences, competition, and trends
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
- Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but is not required
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for real estate and sales
