Job Description
Designation – Jr. Client partner Role (Hitech/Medtech)
Location – North /South CA, United States
Duration: Full time
Requirements-
5+ years of selling Application, Infrastructure/ Product Engineering in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations
Successful journey of growing a large global account /portfolio across the West Coast region.
Ability to work and collaborate across teams to anchor the growth strategy for the account.
Strong Account Management & Sales practices
Team synergy, high-energy sales execution, strong problem-solving skills
Exhibit exceptional business insight, executive/boardroom presence, and outstanding judgment.
Entrepreneurial spirit, “get-the-job-done” attitude.
Creative thinking to articulate a unique and compelling value proposition, so that customer decision-makers grasp the short and long-term business and financial value of a relationship with CriticalRiver.
Ability to build active relationships across CriticalRiver’ s internal organization, delivery, consulting, senior management, practice units, external vendors/partners, third-party advisors, etc.
Responsibilities-
Generating new opportunities by interacting with the customers and positioning CriticalRiver’ s offerings, solutions, and differentiators
Opportunity Identification and ownership; validation and qualification of those opportunities through the solution-driven processes
Participating and leading proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
Creating and presenting proposals to CXOs and SVPs, formal and informal information gathering to identify and address deciding factors in the purchase.
Planning revenue targets and ensuring on-track achievement with a focus on margin protection.
Elevating client satisfaction by collaborating with delivery, resource management, and service lines to exceed customer expectations
Interacting with the Procurement and Supplier relationship team from the customer organization and maintaining smoother flow of contracts, invoices, and payments.
